The multi degree of freedom motion platform is composed of three, six or more servo electric cylinders, multiple (upper/lower)universal hinges and two (upper/lower) platforms. The lower platform is fixed on the basis, and with the help of the telescopic motion of multiple electric cylinders, the upper platform can complete the motion of multiple degrees of freedom in the space, so as to simulate various spatial motion posture. It can be widely used in various training simulators, such as flight simulator, ship simulator, naval helicopter take-off and landing simulation platform, tank simulator, car driving simulator, train driving simulator, earthquake simulator, dynamic motion cinema, entertainment equipment and other fields, and even can be used in the docking of space spacecraft and the refueling docking of air tanker. 3-DOF (three degree of freedom) Motion Simulation Platform
The 3-DOF motion simulation platform system is composed of 3-DOF motion platform, computer control system and drive system. The three degree of freedom motion platform is mainly composed of fixed platform (lower platform), motion platform (upper platform), three electric cylinders which can realize telescopic and axis rotary motion, connecting electric cylinder, cross hinge of upper and lower platform, and auxiliary anti torsion arm. By controlling the telescopic length of the three electric cylinders, the motion platform can realize X-axis and Y-axis rotation, as well as linear motion along Z-axis.
